  1. Riolett UK and all operatives are comprehensively insured under our Public & Employers Liability Insurance Policy OF 10 million.
  2. Riolett UK collects data from our customers in the form of Name, Address, Telephone Numbers and Email Address. This information is strictly for the use of Riolett UK and to assist in carrying out our services. At no time will your data ever be sold or passed on to 3rd party users. We respect our customers privacy, this information is kept in line with data protection regulations at all time.
  3. By using our services or buying our products you agree to the following terms and conditions presented on this page. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be updated here. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site.
  4. Credit Terms: Riolett credit facility is extended to certain clients.Riolett reserve the right to credit check applicants. The credit period and payment plan agreed is non-negotiable. Failure to keep to the payment plan will result in the credit agreement being void and all monies becoming due immediately.Domestic Customers will be required to pay at the end of each visit.
  5. Riolett Pest Control – Service obligations
    a) The pest control treatment(s)/ service will be carried out in professional manner and as specified in the contract/ service arrangement. The pest control technician will use and apply pesticides and monitoring devices, as they deem appropriate on each visit.
    b) The technician, upon arrival, will report to the client/ site contact and at the end of the scheduled visit will leave a written report of all findings, recommendations and treatments completed during the inspection.
    c) Additional visits/ call outs may be needed to control the pest as specified on the service contract and if chargeable, this will be agreed with the client prior to attending site.
  6. Throughout Riolett providing any of their services all representative of Riolett UK will remain polite, courteous, reliable and professional at all times. If any representative of Riolett UK fails to adhere to this code of conduct you are to report this immediately to Riolett UK Head Office on 01908 785052 send in a letter detailing what happened. This in turn will be investigated internally and Riolett will write to you detailing the outcome of their investigation.
  7. If a customer as booked an appointment and is not there to allow riolett access a call out charge of £49.99 will be charged.This is in place for time lost.
  8. Payments
    The client will make payments to Riolett as agreed at the time of the quotation and detailed in the in the case of domestic treatments, upon completion of the initial visit. Prompt payment is a condition of the agreement.
